I Feel Pretty

grenache-apple cider

Oh so pretty, I feel pretty and witty and gay!

We then blended the grape juice with cider from organic, dry-farmed Braeburn and Granny Smith apples from our own orchard in San Luis Obispo. As you enjoy it you may start to feel... prettier.

The federal permitting body, the Alcohol and Tobacco Tas and Trade Bureau, has rules that we are not allowed to say what varietal of grapes we use, even though when any other fruit is mixed with apples it becomes wine and is taxed like wine. You will have to either get in touch for full details of what we used or extrapolate the variety of grape by seeing what was bottled the same year. If this upsets you, please write to your representatives and let them know how this gives wineries an unfair business advantage. We would love to tell you the full truth of our product, but we are not allowed.
