
Cider Club FAQ
Simply click on Edit in the Club Membership area on your Two Broads account dashboard.
You sure can! There is an “Adjust my shipment” button in your account. Click on that. The next page, you will see what is available to add to your shipment. On the left, you can adjust the quantities, add, and remove items to your hearts content. The minimum number of bottles and total bottles in your shipment will update on the top right. When editing, you must first add products, and then you can subtract them.
Also, a few days before your shipment is scheduled to go out, you will receive a reminder email listing the items selected in your shipment. That email will contain an ‘adjust’ button you can use to change the ciders in your shipment.
The six and twelve bottle shipments indicate the minimum number of bottles you want to receive, but sometimes you need more cider; perhaps there is a special occasion or birthday or a three-day weekend… Sharing is caring…
Your first club order will automatically be processed 2 days from your sign up date. Each future club order will be processed starting from your sign up date. For example, if you sign up January 2nd for a monthly order, your first club order will be processed for January 4th, and following club order will be February 4th, March 4th, etc.
We usually package a club order the same day it processes.
We can change the process date for you, just let us know!
Your cider will be shipped to you the following Monday. If you selected pick up, please check our hours or call us to schedule a pick up time.
Yes. Click on “skip this shipment” from the “Adjust Your Shipment” page within your account.
Yes. You will receive a club shipment reminder two weeks before your process date and another two days before. These emails will contain a link to adjust your shipment if desired.
Why yes! We love to reuse, reduce, and recycle here. If you are gentle with your boxes, we can absolutely reuse them. Unfasten all the tabs on the inserts, slice the tape, fold, and store until you come visit us. OR you can reuse that shipping box. Say, you are traveling to visit people with bottled treats or you want to bring bottled treats back home, simply pack the box, tape it shut, label it, and check it just like luggage (and this is usually cheaper than sending bottles home via a shipping service, and it stays with you the whole time so you don’t have to wait for the shipping service to deliver).
You can still sign up for our club if you don’t live in CA, CO, OR, and WA. Vinoshipper will ship our cider to 34 other states, and they host our club quarterly.
Our shipping fee is a discounted rate. That said, it does cost us money for the shipping box and every time the shipping service comes to pick up a package. So, think about what will save you money and that will help us hit our bottom line as well. For example, if you want 6 bottles every month, that is the same as 12 bottles every two months, but the latter option will cost us both less money because it reduces visits by the shipping company.
