2023 Witches Gone Wild

Usually, we like to control our fermentation pretty carefully, but sometimes we like to let Mother Nature go wild. This cider went into the neutral French oak barrel to ferment and age. We call it the wild barrel and it just makes a magically funky cider with bright cherry notes and a nose like a kombucha.

  • Alcohol by volume: 8.4%
  • Volume: 500ml
  • Carbonation: lightly carbonated
  • Apples:  Braeburn, Black Twig, Nehou, King David, Cinnamon Spice from the Lewicki Ranch and Vineyard in Creston, CA
  • Pairings: all the cheeses, fatty fatty porky goodness, french fries
