Cinnamon Spice

a single varietal cider

This is not a spiced cider; there is no cinnamon in this cider. This is actually an apple variety called Cinnamon Spice. The apple itself has a distinct cinnamon character. Following the fermentation, some of that cinnamon character survives in the cider and is complemented by a clove character imparted by the yeast. Along with a fruity nose, medium body, balancing brightness, and a wee bit of carbonation.
