Early Blend

The apples for this cider were grown about 45 minutes northeast of the ciderworks, and picked at the peak of their ripeness. The are a mixture of dessert and cider varietals, which impart soft tannins to the finishing product. The finished cider boasts of floral notes with baking spice flavors and balancing acid.
