I Feel Pretty 2021

Oh so pretty, I feel pretty and witty and gay! This cider is a collaboration with Sonja at Casa Dumetz, Clementine Carter, and Feminist Party wines. She sourced this grenache for us from Lyons Vineyard in Santa Ynez. It was our second time doing a grape maceration, crush, and press. We then blended the red juice with cider from organic, dry-farmed Braeburn and Granny Smith apples from our own orchard in San Luis Obispo. As you enjoy it you may start to feel... prettier.

• Apples: 65% Braeburn and 5% Granny Smith apples from Two Broads' orchard in San Luis Obispo
• Grapes: 30% grenache from Lyons Vineyard, Santa Ynez
• Pairings: grilled gooey brie-mushroom sandwich, beet and goat cheese salad, pecan-almond tart
