Our Olallieberry-Fuji Apple cider, but with more ooo

Ooo la lah! is now a little bit extra, and we are here for it. We took our Olallieberry-Fuij apple cider and aged it for a little while in French oak.

  • Alcohol by volume: 9%
  • Volume: 500ml
  • Carbonation: medium
  • Fruit: Fuji from Fair Hill Farm in Paso Robles, Olallieberry syrup from Linn's in Cambria
  • Barrel aging: 4 months on French oak
  • Pairings: warm chopped salad, kale and apple quiche, brownies
