Pink Lady

These apples were pressed in 2018 and fermented in stainless steel. It wasn't quite finished fermenting when it went into kegs, and as it finished fermenting, it carbed up without our intervention. These gorgeous local apples became a medium body cider with flavors of apple and baking spice, almost reminiscent of a hefeweizen.
