2023 Wickson

Single varietal cider. A sipper, not a quaffer. Full bodied with apple blossom aromas and flavors of baking spice and dried apricot. The cider boasts a medium acid with light tannin in the finish. We are also calling it Mr. Wickson's Wild Ride. LOL!

The Wickson crab apple was developed by California based apple enthusiast Albert Etter and first released in 1947. It is a small apple with high sugar and acid, and one of our favorites.
